Executive Administrative Assistant: (Full Time): Applicants interested are to send a resume to Grace Sanchez at GSanchez@dschs.org.

This is a full time position that provides administrative, clerical, and project support to the CEO and President. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Handle confidential and non-routine information. Schedule and organize Board meetings for eight Charter Schools. Participate in projects requiring strong knowledge of MS Office Suite. Coordinate information with other Senior Management and personnel. Organize and track school petitions and renewals. Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences. Manage Executive schedules.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of previous experience providing comprehensive administrative support in a professional environment. Strong familiarity with Public Records procedures (i.e. Brown Act) is preferred. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer (MS Office Suite) software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software. Work requires continual attention to detail composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
